Recently, our factory launched a production expansion project with a brand-new complete footwear molding line added. At present, equipment delivery, pipeline layout and machine installation are well underway.

This new production line is equipped with full sets of standard cold cement molding machines, covering all molding processes including upper lasting, cement coating, sole attaching and sole pressing. Once fully put into use, our monthly output will be greatly increased, overall production efficiency optimized, and order lead time shortened. Moreover, the standardized assembly line enables more precise quality control to guarantee consistent workmanship of all custom footwear.
